Customer stated that their tub was draining slow. After inspecting we gave the customer options to send the snake down the drain line for the tub. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing filled the tub up and tested for any issues, at this time there are no issues found everything is working as should.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. Upon arrival customer stated that they had a leaking shower head. After completing inspection, there was no issues we found inside the home. Myguy plumbing tried to recreate issue with shower head but could not. Myguy plumbing presented options to the customer to replace the Kohler shower cartridge. After all work was completed myguy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should.

Those issue include removing the garbage disposal, repairing the toilet, new shut off valves under bathroom sink, and a customer supplied vanity. I provided options and client would like to go through with the work quoted. Client has requested to have the work done Dec 29,2025 in the afternoon time frame. I have accepted a deposit for the work to be completed.

Arrived on site client stated his macerating pump was completely dead and has been there for around 17 years. Client has a 1/2 horsepower SaniFlo macerating pump and noticed that the 3/4 discharge was piped in wrong and will include the small repipe in the price to replace the pump.
